Burnout, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other mental health issues are increasingly prevalent among professionals. These issues are not only affecting individuals, but also families, organizations, and communities. My goal is to help change this narrative.

As a wellness spaces consultant, writer, and speaker, I guide professionals toward environments that nurture both physical and mental well-being. I educate them about a diverse range of transformative spaces from retreats, wellness modalities, and medical accommodations to nature-infused settings, spas, wellness lodgings, and other often lesser-known environments that foster relaxation and recovery.

With a background in health and sleep coaching,  hospitality and interior design, and travel on six continents, I have extensive knowledge of a wide variety of wellness spaces. A former flight attendant raised by parents in the healthcare profession, I know firsthand the added demands of shift work.

Combining my experience in writing, training, and education, I craft engaging, informative articles and presentations that inspire professionals to cultivate healthier, more balanced lives.
